A warm welcome to Ghalid who has worked in London and Paris with Ottolenghi, in Bath at the Bertinet Kitchen and in la cucina Calesi in London. Finally he is coming to Oxford and will be bringing the kitchen alive with his Moroccan feast.
Perfect for a cold November morning we will be transported to Marrakech (well for a couple of hours!!) and the sights and smells of the most delicious and colourful foods. So, our menu could include Lamb tagine with ras el hanout, chicken with lemon and olives, sweet potatoes and lentils. Then we move on to salads roasted cauliflower with coriander and preserved lemon, smoked aubergine and tomato compote, fennel, ginger, tomato and lime salad or carrot cumin and lemon salad.
Finally we end we a sweet treat of orange and orange water blossom cake, spiced chocolate tart or chocolate cake with tahini. So if you have a particular request for what you would like to learn on this class just drop us a line and we will try and make that happen! Roll on November…
