Ursula Ferrigno is a talented cook with a deep love of Southern Italian food. Half Italian and a noted teacher Ursula specialises in demonstrating the making of Italian breads, Italian soups, risottos, vegetables, fruit dishes and every kind of pasta dish. She has cooked on many TV programmes and is a prolific author. Ursula’s latest claim to fame is as a featured chef on the Pasta Grannies You Tube channel whilst teaching at the Mistley Kitchen Cookery School in Essex.
This workshop is inspired by Ursula’s exciting new book of the same title (released last year). Copies of the book will be available on the day and will be signed for you.

Dishes may include an Antipasti Selection, Black fig, mozzarella and basil salad, Pantelleria potato salad, Pistachio Pesto with homemade pasta, Semolina mountain bread with seasme seeds, Trapanesi cous cous fish stew and without fail to finish this feast of a class – Cannoli.
