The variety of tapas is pretty much endless and in this hands-on class you will produce no less than six seasonal tapas. We lots of top tips during the class too – we love this menu and hope you do too… Chorizos cooked in cider, Clams with serrano ham and sherry, Sobrasada and quail egg montadito, Meatballs in spicy tomato sauce, traditional Spanish omelette and to finish an olive oil cake with orange in syrup. Make sure you come hungry!!
