The variety of tapas is pretty much endless and in this hands-on class you will produce no less than six seasonal tapas. We lots of top tips during the class too – we love this menu and hope you do too… Sautéed mushrooms with garlic and sherry, grilled pork fillet with cheese on crusty bread, ‘blond’ vermicelli noodles cooked in a rich fish stock with aioli, mussels in pepper and tomato sauce and to finish – the most divine churros!
