Pho originated in the early 20th century in northern Vietnam, and was popularised throughout the rest of the world by refugees after the Vietnam War. Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup consisting of flavoursome clear broth, rice noodles called bánh phở, a lot of fresh herbs and meat (with either beef or chicken).  Not only that by I know Vy will throw in a super fresh raw salad of seasonal veg to boost your soul too..
