Cookery School Team
Fabio & Agnes
Fabio and Agnes, a Leiths trained cook and a stylist, are both originally from Venice. Together they are the voices behind “the Venetian Kitchen”, a project focused on sharing the stories, traditions and recipes at the base of Venetian food, the food they grew up with as kids. Through their Instagram feed and recipe blog, they invite people to slow down, cook with care, and discover that some of the most memorable food comes from the simplest places.
They have been running their own Venetian food cooking classes at Brixton Windmill in London, and are now excited to bring their recipes, storytelling and tablescaping to the Jericho kitchen, to transport everyone to Venice and the beautiful Veneto region in Italy.

Nikita Mistry
Forever curious about the power of food, Nikita loves to explore the health benefits of plants and spices. Taught by her Indian Kenyan-born grandmother, mother and aunt, she grew up cooking and sharing meals rooted in South Asian traditions. Happiest in the kitchen, she’s always cooking, tasting and sharing.

Anita Chick
After years of sharing her home cooking, Anita noticed a real appetite from friends wanting to learn authentic Indian dishes for themselves. Over 20 years ago, this sparked the creation of Anita’s Kitchen, where her passion for teaching began through classes, tastings and community events.
