Christmas 2015

I absolutely love Christmas. It is without doubt one of my favourite times of the year and although I probably won’t be saying that on Boxing Day, I will be super excited from now until the day! So in keeping with this, we at the Jericho Kitchen have come up with some suitably festive feasts for you to enjoy – whether you be an individual booking a class or a group of work colleagues looking for a fun team building event!

Persian Feast or Yalada Night with Madhy Tavakkoly

Spiced Lentil Soup with fresh herb croutons? or

Homemade dolmaldes or

Mezze – falafel, hummus & baba ganoush

Roasted chicken with pomegranate and date molasses with crispy saffron rice? or

Slow roasted venison fillet with dry limes, carrots & orange, roasted potatoes & spinach with cashews? or

Seabass, salmon & mackerel fishcakes with sweet potatoes and Persian fava beans, dill & garlic rice
