I am intrigued about this question. Obviously if I knew the answer then I could stop work forever but I don’t and therefore I am on a mission to find out.

Is it the location Is it the content of the course Is it the teacher Was it a present How can I encourage people to continue coming back to the Jericho Kitchen and keep it interesting and fresh at the same time.

So many people think they have the answer and I do listen to a lot of them! However I think I should listen to you, out there, yes you!

Or is it the food pictures that sell it?
