  • With Carolina's  first class in January selling out we had to put on another one straight away to cater for the high demand for this class! Learn to recreate the finest French patisserie in this hands on class.  Carolina's class will show you how to master a number of techniques ranging from perfect shortcrust pastry to mousseline cream. Then you will use these skills to assemble  the following creations which taste as stunning as they look:
    • Fruit Tart with crème mousseline
    • Choux buns with Chantilly cream
    • Jam Roulade
    • Shortcrust pastry
    We will provide a light lunch for you to keep you going and then everything can be taken home with you to enjoy with family and friends.  Book fast to avoid disappointment!! Suitable for all levels but minimum age for this class is 16.

Let Yukiko teach you the art of folding your own using 3 different types of fillings including pork, prawn and vegetable varieties So this class can be vegetarian and vegan.  It is always wonderful to see people’s faces in the class when they suddenly realise that they too can do it!!! You will also learn how to make different types of Japanese sauces to accompany them. As with all our classes we will be able to recommend local suppliers for all ingredients so that you can go home and replicate them straight away.
