Let Yukiko teach you the art of folding your own using 3 different types of fillings including pork, prawn and vegetable varieties. So this class can be vegetarian and vegan. It is always wonderful to see people’s faces in the class when they suddenly realise that they too can do it!!! You will also learn how to make different types of Japanese sauces to accompany them. As with all our classes we will be able to recommend local suppliers for all ingredients so that you can go home and replicate them straight away. We are back after the summer break and we have decided to also offer some online classes for those of you who can’t make it to Oxfordshire. We also thought that seeing as it has been so hot and many of you probably didn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen, that we would put together a refreshing light menu for our first online class this year. Recipes that are bursting with flavours and full of immune boosting vegetables and fruits. Learn all about how to eat well on a budget and also making sure that your body is full of all the vitamins and minerals it needs to prepare for winter. We will be making the following dishes:
