It has been nearly 3 years since our last Patisserie class and so we know that this is going to be a very popular one – the perfect Christmas gift for someone you know who loves baking or indeed just a treat for yourself!

In this introductory class to the world of patisserie and baking we will be tackling shortcrust and sweet pastry, choux pastry and a simple biscuit cuillère.

We will be producing an array of sweet and savoury treats guaranteed to impress your friends and family such as:

  • Quiche: Mushroom, bacon, gruyere and onion  or smoked salmon, dill and lemon
  • Tarte aux fruits, a selection of fruit tarts with crème patissiere, and different fruit toppings
  • Choux buns and éclairs
  • Assorted fillings, such as crème chantilly, crème au cafe and chocolate cream
  • Raspberry roulade

Everything can be taken home with you and we will provide you with a light lunch during the season.
