Under the guidance of Sarah you will learn how to create the iconic buns from scratch alongside a selection of gorgeous fillings – spicy slaw, tongue tingling sauces and zingy pickles.
Dishes you will make may include:

- Soy braised pork belly

- Homemade hoisin sauce
