Have you always wanted to learn how to chop an onion like a pro? Then this class is a must if you want to master the art of how to use the fundamental cook’s tool – your trusty knife.
You may bring your own knives if you wish, but we will also have a full set for you to use. You will be taught how to care for your knives and to handle your knife like a chef. By the end of the class you will be slicing and dicing like a pro!
We will prepare traditional cuts of vegetables, learn how to chiffonade soft herbs and create garlic paste without the need for a grater. Your expertly chopped vegetables will go on to form the basis of a delicious dhal and a soffritto for a versatile pasta sauce.
