In this class with MasterChef finalist Alexina Anatole, we will explore the beauty in bitter flavours through recipes from her cookbook Bitter, the first in a series about the five tastes (sour, salty, sweet, bitter and umami).
Alexina will walk you through 3 delicious recipes (listed below), take you through the science of how we taste, help you to understand your palate and share lots of cooking tips along way. There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask her any questions you have — about cooking, MasterChef and Bitter!
