We are very excited to be back at the Miele Experience Centre in Abingdon for this brand new bread class where we dig deep into the world of traditional British breads.
This ties in perfectly with our new ethos of trying to use as many local ingredients as possible – we will be using Shipton Mill Flour (based in Gloucestershire) for all our bread classes moving forward.
British baking has a long tradition with many regional breads, cakes, pies and much more. This class will include enriched dough to make classic Bath buns, a traditional cottage loaf and English muffins, and an Oxfordshire sweet treat.
The recipes will include:
- Bath buns
- Banbury cake
- Cottage loaf
This class is not suitable for those with a gluten intolerance.
