Back by popular request!   A lot of classic British dishes are unashamedly hearty – who minds our famously bad weather when you can tuck into a perfectly pie?

In this class we will be focusing on some basic cookery skills but mainly we will learn how to make the prefect pastry – how to roll and fold and create all manner of different pies.  Sally will explain the technical side of pastry making, the importance of not overworking and you will create some British classics with a twist!

Think pea & mint scotch eggs, coronation chicken pies with rough puff pasty and the classic Eton mess roulade.

This class is suitable for all levels but you must come hungry!
