With Carolina’s  first class in January selling out we had to put on another one straight away to cater for the high demand for this class!

Learn to recreate the finest French patisserie in this hands on class.  Carolina’s class will show you how to master a number of techniques ranging from perfect shortcrust pastry to mousseline cream.

Then you will use these skills to assemble  the following creations which taste as stunning as they look:

  • Fruit Tart with crème mousseline
  • Choux buns with Chantilly cream
  • Jam Roulade
  • Shortcrust pastry

We will provide a light lunch for you to keep you going and then everything can be taken home with you to enjoy with family and friends.  Book fast to avoid disappointment!!
