After 3 sell-out classes, Cat is back this spring with new and exciting menus to reflect the seasons as well as teaching brand new skills for cooking over fire.
We launch the spring season at our new venue, Hollands Farm in Great Milton. Spend the morning prepping and cooking a feast over the fire pits overlooking the stunning scenery that surrounds the farm.
Learn how to master a range of different fire cookery methods to elevate your food to new heights. You will be taught how to light a BBQ and build an open, roaring fire. We will discuss the fuels, heat sources and cooking methods using direct and indirect heat.
Dishes may include:
- Planked trout with seasonal aromatics served with ash-baked beetroot, lentils and feta
- Butterflied sardines with a grilled tomato salsa on grilled flatbread
- Smoky moules mariniere
