Welcome back!!!!  We are so excited to return and we are doing it in style!   We are will holding this class in the barn at D’Oyley’s Farm in Stadhampton.  We are really going back to basics, think hay bales, fire pits and oaks tables outside under cover!!!

This class strips everything back to basics, back to primal, outdoor cooking. Simple principles explained but with explosive results!

Get stuck in right from the start and learn how to light a bbq, build an open roaring fire, we’ll discuss the fuels, heat sources, cooking methods and use direct and indirect heat.
We’ll then dive into a world of marinades, dressings and vibrant salads and before you know it you’ll be bossing that bbq!
Each menu will differ throughout the year as we tap into natures larder, using produce as local and seasonal as possible with stunning meat supplied form our new home on Doyley’s Farm! That’s what Eat out to Help out is all about!
