We are back after the summer break and we have decided to also offer some online classes for those of you who can’t make it to Oxfordshire.

We also thought that seeing as it has been so hot and many of you probably didn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen, that we would put together a refreshing light menu for our first online class this year.

Recipes that are bursting with flavours and full of immune boosting vegetables and fruits.  Learn all about how to eat well on a budget and also making sure that your body is full of all the vitamins and minerals it needs to prepare for winter.

We will be making the following dishes:

  • Courgette Fritters
  • Healthy seeded crackers
  • Lemon summer grain salad
  • Spinach, pea & ricotta gnocchi
  • Lemon banana curd (if you are bored of banana bread!!)

We will send you a full shopping and equipment lists the week before you class. Just so you know the shopping list that we will send you for this class, is for 4 people, so you can adapt it to the number of people you are cooking for. We have calculated the food costs will be approximately £20 for 2 people so excellent value too!
