In this class you will learn all about using spices and herbs and maximising the flavours of your vegetables and pulses , layering texture and flavours to create easy to build magnificent dishes of deliciousness!
Dishes may include:
- Satay tofu kebabs with a spicy, zingy Asian pink grapefruit salad
- Cauliflower, red lentil and chickpea dahl with tadka
- Bazlama – Turkish flatbreads
- Rich chocolate and banana cake with a sticky chocolate glaze
Suitable for all levels and especially for someone who might like to rebalance their diet with more vegetables and pulses in an easy and manageable way!
