A very warm welcome to Sally Codling who also works at the Gordon Ramsay Cookery School so you are in very capable hands.

In this class you will learn all about using spices and herbs and maximising the flavours of your vegetables and pulses , layering texture and flavours to create easy to build magnificent dishes of deliciousness!

Dishes may include:

  • Satay tofu kebabs with a spicy, zingy Asian pink grapefruit salad
  • Cauliflower, red lentil and chickpea dahl with tadka
  • Bazlama – Turkish flatbreads
  • Rich chocolate and banana cake with a sticky chocolate glaze

Suitable for all levels and especially for someone who might like to rebalance their diet with more vegetables and pulses in an easy and manageable way!
