Asians love nothing more than big bold flavours, colours and textures and this class has it all…in abundance!
Once you’ve mastered these classics and most importantly learning how to season and balance flavour you’ll be confident creating these iconic Thai dishes again! We will be learning the following dishes:
- Kanon Jeeb – pork and prawn dumplings
- Thai dumpling dipping sauce
- Dtom Yam Gung – hot and sour prawn soup
- Green curry paste
- Kaeng Khiao Wan – Thai green chicken curry
- Thai Fragrant Rice
Whilst you do not make every dish individually we talk through the recipes step by step and then allocate dishes to each group. We stop regularly and show techniques when they arise to the whole group so you never miss a thing.
